Joining Fee
This is a one-off fee payable with the completed application form. If the membership is cancelled or suspended, the joining fee may be payable again on renewal of membership. This fee is not refundable. If membership is cancelled and then renewed within a six month period an administration fee of £150 will be applied (unless a doctors certificate can be supplied).

Membership Period
We do not ask you to sign an annual contract. You are free to cancel your Monthly agreement at any time (one month’s written notice must be given to both Langley Tennis Club and your bank).
