These classes are the pathway for all aspiring performance players. Young players will be introduced to the tactics and techniques that are required to start competing at match level.
These classes will be by invitation only and each player will be required to play at the club a minimum of twice per week. Players are expected to compete in regular tournaments to work on their colour ball rating.

This class is more advanced with players moving to the regular size tennis ball. It puts more focus on the serve and return component and players developing a good rating for their age. More competitive drills are incorporated to prepare players for tournaments. Players will be introduced to a half hour fitness component aimed at achieving specific targets.

Designed for players who take tennis more seriously. Players are expected to meet a good standard and bring their best work ethic to the court. Drills cover all aspects of the game including serve, return, points and patterns of play. Fitness and strength are a crucial part of this class with time increased to one hour and players are requied to keep a high work rate. Players are expected to compete in local tournaments working on their rating and ranking in the county.

This session is designed for players who are striving to reach high levels
of the game including adults representing our Men's A club team.
Drills are delivered to a very high intensity and cover all aspects of the game.
Fitness and strength is a regular part of the class with players being introduced
to strength training and regular fitness testing. Players are expected to have a
good rating and ranking for their age.
